Sara Hayeri holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Postgraduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the United Kingdom. She continued her academic education at the Australian National University where she completed a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and Master of Laws. She was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2017 and holds a certificate to practice law in Victoria.

Sara has been working in the legal industry since 2009 and joined Elamine Lawyers in April 2017. She has gained experience in large and small scale debt recovery matters, commercial litigation, wills and estate, property law, family law, criminal law, immigration and employment matters. She has also volunteered for numerous entities, both in the United Kingdom and Australia.

She is a compassionate individual who puts her clients’ needs first and always seeks to achieve the best outcome for her clients. She understands the difficulties that her clients encounter and aims to resolve their matters quickly and with integrity.

During her spare time, she enjoys reading books, going on adventures and spending time with her family and friends.

Tarek’s legal advice also played a pivotal role in the success of the Supreme Court of Victoria trial between Imam Ali Islamic Centre (Reg No. 983405) v Imam Ali Islamic Centre Inc (A0035337R) and Ali Dirani & Ors v Imam Ali Islamic Centre Inc (A0035337R) & Ors [2018] VSC 413. This trial ran for 18 days in the Common Law Division (Trusts, Equity & Probate List) regarding laws applicable to Trusts Law (Constructive Trusts), Real Property Law and Incorporated Associations.
